LenerWHO WE ARE

Lener is a Spanish firm, founded in 1982 and oriented towards business advice. Our desire to provide legal-economic solutions in the business industrial world has led us to evolve and expand our services in all fields of Business Law, forming a Group that aims at covering all business needs in insolvency, debt recovery and financial advice, as well as tax, labor and accounting matters, without losing our initial focus that inspired us from the beginning as experts in business restructuring.

The Lener Group is currently comprised of more than 300 lawyers and economists, offering integrated legal-economic services at a national and international level through its six offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Oviedo, Valladolid, Vigo and Seville, which ensures access and proximity to our clients' interests.

Front-line knowledge of the economic sectors in which they act. They know that the creation of opportunities for our clients arises from considering perspectives very difficult to have without the skills that are derived from long sectorial experience.

High specialisation in different legal areas. This is a necessary condition but not sufficient to form part of our organisation.

We are organised in multidisciplinary teams, with the objective of offering the most enriching visions and solutions, with the highest added value for our clients.

Our dialogue is agile and direct. Our structure is very flat. The involvement of partners and high-level associates is quite common. This is highly valued by our clients.

More than 300 attorneys and economists, offering an integrated legal-economic service with 40 years of experience.

The Lener Group also includes the entity, Tax Master Gestión, a tax, labor and accounting consultancy that helps companies to comply with their ongoing obligations relating to tax settlement and filing, personnel management and administration, accounting and all areas of optimization.

It operates in a wide variety of areas: working for all sectors of the economy, family businesses, foundations, individuals with large estates and institutions of different kinds.
