Vanesa Rodríguez Fernández
Vanesa is a lawyer specialising in employment and social security law, with a solid professional career that began in 2010 and has been entirely focused on the practice of law from an employment law perspective. Prior to joining Lener in 2026, Vanesa worked as a senior employment lawyer at On Tax & Legal, a firm she joined upon its foundation in 2016, having previously worked at Colon Abogados y Asesores Tributarios.
His professional practice focuses on comprehensive employment law advice, combining extensive litigation experience in the employment courts with significant expertise in collective bargaining and the legal management of individual and collective labour disputes. Throughout his career, he has regularly handled complex cases, adopting a strategic approach aimed both at preventing employment-related disputes and at effectively defending his clients’ interests.
He has extensive experience across a range of sectors, having advised clients in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, catering, healthcare, retail, education, textiles, transport, services, manufacturing, shipbuilding and maritime, amongst others, enabling him to tailor legal solutions to the specific needs of each organisation and business environment.
