Ramón Ozores Canella
Ramón joined Lener in 2026 as Managing Partner of the Vigo office and Head of Lener’s Insolvency Litigation Department. With over 25 years of experience advising on commercial law, financial transactions, restructuring, and insolvency matters, he has built his career at leading law firms including Castro, Sueiro & Varela, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, and Garrigues.
In 2016, he founded the firm On Tax-Legal, where he practiced until joining Lener. Throughout his career, Ramón has advised both national and international companies on commercial and financial transactions, capital markets, corporate restructuring processes, and corporate litigation.
He also has extensive academic experience as a lecturer at the International Centre for Financial Training, teaching in the Master’s Degree in Business Law and the Master’s Degree in Banking and Financial Risks, where he specializes in Financial Contracting and Project Finance.
