Marta González González

Marta has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector, with a consolidated track record in commercial law. She began her career in 2002 at KPMG Abogados, in Barcelona, and later joined what is now Crowe Spain as a commercial lawyer, providing advice on contracting, corporate law and M&A transactions. During this period, she worked closely with companies from different sectors, which allowed her to acquire a cross-cutting view of business activity.

In 2011, she took on the responsibility of creating and managing the legal department of a pharmaceutical group as an in-house lawyer. In this position, she led the company's legal management, participating in the negotiation of key contracts, the implementation of corporate structures and strategic operations. This experience allowed her not only to deepen her knowledge of business law, but also to gain first-hand understanding of the needs and dynamics of the company from within.

After more than two decades of professional practice in Barcelona, she moved to Vigo and, after working at Baltar Abogados and CCS Abogados, she joined Lener in September 2025 as an Associate in the Commercial Law Department, focusing her practice on corporate law, commercial contracting, and M&A transactions.
