Juan Francisco Gil joined Lener in 2020 in the Employment Law department, following a spell at J&A Garrigues, S.L.P., where he also practised as a solicitor specialising in employment litigation and both routine and ad hoc employment law advice.
Throughout his career as an employment lawyer, he has specialised in providing comprehensive and ongoing legal advice on employment matters to national and international companies, participating in legal proceedings relating to breaches of fundamental rights, collective disputes, disciplinary procedures, substantial changes to employment contracts, recognition of rights, collective bargaining, collective redundancies, temporary layoffs (ERTE), etc.
He has also assisted in the drafting and implementation of equality plans and in labour due diligence procedures.
