José María Arnedo del Pozo

Boasting more than 25 years’ experience in the legal sector, José María will join LENER in January 2024 in the role of partner in the Procedural Division of the Barcelona Office. 

He began his professional endeavours as Lawyer and Real Estate Administrator in the family-run law firm, afterwards joining the   Procedural Division of the Firm Legal Abogados, which three years later merged with Landwell (PwC legal and tax). After a seven year spell at PwC, José María switched to the real estate division of the Pedralbes Corporate Group and following a three year stint as the company’s lawyer, moved to Toda & Nel-lo Abogados in which he was appointed partner for procedural and real estate matters. 

José María’s specialist area focuses on providing pre-litigious and litigious advice in civil and commercial matters, acting both in the sphere of ordinary jurisdiction as well as in arbitration hearings. 

Furthermore, José María provides special expertise in the spheres of Real Estate, Leasing, Horizontal Property and Construction Law. 

He holds the post of Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Costa Brava Nautical Club in Palamós (Girona). 

With regard to his teaching experience, José María has taught classes dealing with real estate law organised by the Bar Association of Barcelona.
