Enrique has more than 20 years of professional experience, having joined Lener in 2007, after having worked in the legal department of Ono Cableeurop.
Currently, he holds the responsibility for the data protection and privacy area at Lener, integrated within the Compliance and Corporate Governance Area, providing expert and practical advice on data protection, privacy, and technology law. His extensive experience enables him to efficiently advise on legal aspects of technology, with a comprehensive approach that ranges from legal compliance and guidance to litigation.
He has rendered various services in the telecommunications sector, having participated in significant projects such as the integration of Vodafone and Ono.
He possesses expertise in privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity, applicable to specialized sectors such as healthcare, occupational risk prevention, and the hospitality industry.
He is a regular lecturer and university professor in the Master's Degree in Telecommunications and Information Technology Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a frequent contributor as an article writer and speaker on information technology and criminal liability.
