Eduardo Vaquero Carmona

With a solid professional career that began in 2010 and has been developed entirely in the practice of law from a labour law perspective. Prior to joining Lener in mid-2025, Eduardo worked as a senior labour lawyer at Rivero & Gustafson Abogados, which he joined in 2016, after having developing his career at specialist firms such as Giménez Torres Abogados and Ruylo Abogados. 

His professional practice focuses on comprehensive employment advice, blending intensive litigation before the Social Courts with outstanding experience in collective bargaining and the legal management of individual and collective labour disputes. Throughout his career, he has regularly been involved in complex proceedings, providing a strategic approach aimed at both preventing labour contingencies and effectively defending his clients’ interests. 

He has extensive experience in the sector,-having advised clients in multiple sectors, including hospitality, catering, healthcare, commerce, education, textiles, services and industry, among others, which allows him to tailor legal solutions to the specific characteristics of each organisation and production environment. 

In 2023, he was nominated for the Iberian Lawyer Forty Under 40 Awards in the category "Lawyer of the Year – Labour", an award that recognises his professional career and his specialisation in the field of labour law.
