Carlos González Uli
Carlos González joins Lener in 2024 in the Labour Department, after a stage at Deloitte Legal also as a lawyer in social litigation and recurring and special labour advisory work. Previously, he provided services at the international firm DLA Piper, in the labour department.
Throughout his career as a labour lawyer, he has specialised in comprehensive and recurring advisory work in employment law matters for national and international companies, participating in judicial proceedings regarding dismissal, violation of fundamental rights, collective conflicts, collective dismissals, sanctions, substantial modification of working conditions, geographical mobility, recognition of rights, challenges to collective agreements, etc.
He has also collaborated in the drafting and implementation of codes of conduct, harassment protocols, negotiation of equality plans, corporate restructuring transactions (mergers, spin-offs…), drafting of collective harmonisation agreements on conditions, and in labour due diligence procedures.
