The Association of Economists of Lugo has organized a training entitled "The Qualification Section. Procedural aspects and burden of proof".
Our colleagues Javier Romano and Javier González, both lawyers and partners of the firm, are the speakers of this interesting training that has had the objective of explaining from a practical point of view, various procedural issues related to the Qualification Section of the Insolvency process, aspects related to its processing and the burden of proof in the aforementioned Section.
Issues such as the legal requirements to be able to classify the Insolvency proceeding as guilty, and the means that the Legislator has made available to the Insolvency Administration for this purpose have been addressed.
