On Wednesday, May 27, 2020, the Royal Decree-Law 19/2020 was published in the BOE, among other specific measures, the deadlines for the formulation and approval of annual accounts of mercantile companies are again modified and a supplementary statement is permitted, until November 30, for those who approve their accounts after July 27, 2020.
