Spain supports the entrepreneurial sector with the Draft bill to promote the ecosystem of emerging companies
On July 7, the Council of Ministers approved the Report on the preliminary draft of a bill to promote the ecosystem of emerging companies, with the main objective of establishing specific regulations for these companies, better known as '' startups '', to support its creation and growth within a globalized economy, in order to promote innovation as the basis of the economy.
This Draft bill aims to eliminate certain barriers or obstacles to entrepreneurship that particularly affect emerging companies, reducing obstacles in administrative procedures and improving tax and social charges in order to offer opportunities to those new companies that meet social and economic needs, or increase the efficiency and sustainability of other sectors.
