Construction contractors have a period of 2 months to apply to the contracting body, the exceptional price review, under the entry into force of Royal Decree-Law 3/2022, of March 1st and as a result of the rise in prices of materials. The exceptional price review will allow to face the "magnitude" and the "unpredictable nature" of the price increase of certain raw materials in the last year, provided that the requirements that we consider in this podcast are met.
