MASCs in practice. Assessment and outlook following LO 1/2025

Last week, we held a working breakfast at our Madrid office to analyse the practical application of MASCs following the first few months of development since Organic Law 1/2025 came into force.

The session, led by partners from the Litigation and Arbitration Department Noa Rodríguez, Carlos Martos, José Manuel Delgado and José María Arnedo, brought together perspectives on how the new criteria issued by the Boards of Judges and Lawyers of the Administration of Justice are being applied in the different judicial districts and analysed the challenges posed by their implementation.

This was made possible thanks to the participation of the Litigation and Arbitration Department team from Lener's six offices, which, from a regional perspective, provided a comprehensive overview of this initial assessment of the MASC.

We would like to thank all the companies that joined us. Their participation and questions are a good indication of the interest, and also the uncertainty, that the new regulations have aroused, as well as the need for practical and expert interpretation to address the challenges they pose.
