Lener analyses the impact of the new Organic Law 1/2025 on the management of business disputes

Eventos

In collaboration with the Círculo de Empresarios de Galicia, Lener has held a business breakfast in Vigo to analyse in depth the entry into force of the Organic Law 1/2025, which on 3 April will introduce the obligation to resort to an alternative dispute resolution method (ADR) before filing a lawsuit.

The lawyers of Lener's Litigation and Arbitration Department, Javier González Villar, managing partner of the Vigo office, Noelia Delgado Blanco and Inés Tejera Esteve, explained the details of this reform, which represents a paradigm shift in the management of business disputes.

During the session, Lener's experts gave their views on the legal and strategic implications of ADR, as well as the impact of the introduction of new mechanisms such as mediation and conciliation in the day-to-day life of companies.

The meeting, which was attended by a large number of business people, allowed for an enriching exchange of experiences and perspectives and confirmed the importance of preparation and specialised advice in the face of this new requirement.

At Lener we continue to support companies in their adaptation to the new regulatory framework, providing effective solutions to manage their conflicts quickly and safely.
