JC Marlin Acquires €22 Million in Debt Secured Against Several Guitart Hotels Assets on the Costa Brava

Lener has advised MG5, a fund managed by JC Marlin Capital, in connection with the acquisition of debt linked to several hotel assets owned by Guitart Hotels on the Costa Brava.
The Corporate/Restructuring department advised fund MG5 throughout the transaction, which ranks among the most significant hotel debt transactions recorded to date in 2026 along the Catalan coastline.
The engagement was led by Partner Eduardo Córdoba, with the participation of Ángela Vázquez and Jesús Redondo as members of the team.
