Carmen Galán, managing partner of Lener's Labor area, and ASNALA associate, participates in the first technical note of the "White Book on Contributions to the Treasury" together with Raquel Flórez, Freshfield partner, in this initiative powered by LHH.
This note includes a summary of last day on "Contributions to the Public Treasury on prescription", where Jaime Noguerales, Deputy Director General of Financial Management of SEPE responded to all the doubts raised and that generated great interest.
The idea of LHH with this book aimed at labor law experts is to periodically publish relevant information on the subject, collecting both content of the standard, as well as doubts that may be manifested, as well as jurisprudence and criteria of the State Public Employment Service itself.
